OpenClaw is an open-source AI executive assistant that integrates with your email, calendar, and business tools. It runs on your own hardware, giving you full control over your data and workflows.
What's included in implementation?▾
Full installation on your hardware, security hardening, integration setup (email, calendar, messaging, CRM, etc.), custom workflow configuration, and a 14-day hypercare period with priority support.
How long does setup take?▾
Most implementations go live same-day for in-person engagements. Remote setups are typically completed within 1-2 business days. The 14-day hypercare period follows to fine-tune everything.
Do you offer support after setup?▾
Yes — our Managed Care plans provide ongoing monitoring, updates, drift checks, and proactive improvements. Implementation includes 14 days of hypercare; after that, a Managed Care plan is required for continued support.
Is this safe?▾
Security is a core part of every deployment. We configure least-privilege access, scoped credentials, explicit plugin allowlists, and locked-down network settings. Your data stays on your hardware — nothing is sent to third-party servers unless you explicitly configure it.
What access do you need during setup?▾
We need admin access to the deployment hardware, credentials for the services you want to integrate (Gmail, Calendar, Slack, etc.), and network access to configure firewall rules. All access is documented and handed off with a security checklist.
Do you do multi-agent deployments?▾
Absolutely. Most teams deploy 2-6 Executive Agents — one per primary identity (CEO, CFO, Head of Sales, shared EA inbox, etc.). Each additional agent is $1,450 during implementation.
